Compensation and Bonuses

• Guaranteed hours (32-40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations)
• Potential wage increases every 6 months

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBAs and a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program
