Pay

$16.80 - $20.00 per hour based on experience. Completion of RBT certification training is paid at a lower rate.

Schedule

Monday through Friday; no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide transformative therapy
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
  • Work with children to champion continued skill acquisition, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
  • Celebrate victories and milestones with kids and families

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
