Before School Program Enrichment Group Leader

About the role

We're seeking a group leader to spearhead our school-based before and after school program's enrichment program. This is an ideal role for paraeducators or aspiring educators who can commit to a full or part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive environment.
• Develop engaging enrichment activities that cater to the diverse interests and educational needs of the children.
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children at all times, adhering to NH Licensing Rules.
• Collaborate with the team, maintaining open communication with school staff and families to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or willingness to pursue college-level classes with scholarship assistance is required.
• Previous experience working with Elementary-aged children or relevant education-related credits are essential.
