Before School Program Enrichment Group Leader

About the role

Rochester Child Care Center in Rochester, NH is seeking a Before School Program Enrichment Group Leader to work with School Age (5–12) in an afterschool/ost environment. This position requires completed early childhood education college credits.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive environment.
• Develop engaging enrichment activities that cater to the diverse interests and educational needs of the children.
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children at all times, adhering to NH Licensing Rules.
• Collaborate with the team, maintaining open communication with school staff and families to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or willingness to pursue college-level classes with scholarship assistance is a must.
• Previous experience working with Elementary-aged children or relevant education-related credits are essential.
• Nice to Have:
