Before and After School Program Leader

Hiring bonus: $300.00

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm (two shifts offered; no weekends)

About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students in a fun, safe environment beyond the school day. As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you’ll help shape meaningful before- and after-school moments that help children learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where children feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, children, and school staff

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• 48 College Credit Hours
• Passed a Paraeducator Exam

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
