About the role

Responsible for providing quality childcare services to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Duties include supervising children during playtime, assisting with meals, and implementing age-appropriate educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naps
• Implement age-appropriate educational activities
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Colorado Childcare Worker Certification
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Experience with basic first aid and CPR
• Pass a background check
