Before and After school Group Leader

About the role

AlphaBEST Education is seeking qualified individuals for Before & After School Programs starting July 16 for on-the-spot interviews. The positions available include Site Directors, Group Leaders, and Assistant Group Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities such as World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
• Ensure child safety at all times and follow established procedures.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Create an inclusive environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience working in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

6:45-8:30am & 2:45-6:00pm
