Before and After School Group Leader

About the role

AlphaBEST Education is hiring for its Before & After School Programs for the 2026/2027 school year. Interviews will be held on-site on July 16.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Qualifications

We're looking for an Early Learning Professional who enjoys working in a structured, high-energy environment, takes child safety seriously, and is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
