Before and After School Group Leader

About the role

AlphaBEST Education is hiring for its Before & After School Programs for the 2026/2027 school year. Interviews will be held on July 16 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the National Hiring Day event hosted at alphabest.org.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
• Ensure child safety at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Create an inclusive environment for kids.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Qualifications

We are looking for an Early Learning Professional who enjoys working in a structured, high-energy environment, takes child safety seriously, and is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
