Beer/Wine/Server

About the role

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to work in a fast-paced family-owned business. We are a hybrid of a market and a restaurant. Our shops sell/serve beer and wine in both retail and in person capacities. We care about producing quality food for our community and are in search of individuals who want to be part of our Team.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service.
• Cashiering/money transactions.
• Basic shelf stocking and product facing.
• Food running, table clearing, essential server functions.
• Elementary bar service: beer and wine only.
• Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of displays and products.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and storefront.
• Complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Requirements

• Must be available at least one weekend day.
• Must be 18 or older.
• RAMP Certification a plus.

Qualifications

• $15.00-$18.00/hr + tips (generally $4 to $6/hr after the 90 day probationary period).
• Shifts are typically 11:00 pm - 7:00 pm, or 2 pm - 10 pm.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Basic cashiering and money handling.
• Food service and bar service knowledge.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
