Beer Technician

About the role

The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and managing the brewery’s brewing equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate brewery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and adjust brewing parameters to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of brewing equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using brewery equipment and software.
• Experience with quality control and assurance.
