About the role
The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the quality of beer in the production process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate brewing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor fermentation processes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with food safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in brewing software and databases.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
