About the role
The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating brewery equipment to ensure quality and efficiency in beer production.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate brewery equipment to ensure quality and efficiency in beer production.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on brewing equipment.
- Monitor and adjust fermentation processes to meet desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with brewery equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
