About the role

As a Merchandiser on the Service Execution Team, you will build strong customer relationships by ensuring product displays are neat, shelves are stocked, and merchandise is rotated correctly while driving to assigned store accounts near your home.

Responsibilities

• Neatly merchandise displays and shelves, rotating product correctly.
• Work with customers to ensure shelves are stocked; move products from backrooms to shelves and coolers.
• Maintain an efficient and accurate merchandising service schedule, including driving to multiple customer stores each shift.
• Adhere to safety expectations while performing repetitive lifting, bending, carrying (up to 50 lbs., occasionally 100+ lbs.), and standing/stocking shelves with repetitive hand/arm motions.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, keep products organized, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Capable of repetitive lifting/bending/carrying up to 50 lbs. (occasionally pushing/pulling 100+ lbs.) and able to stand/stock shelves using repetitive hand/arm motions.
• Availability to work some weekends or holidays.
• Personal email account and internet access.
• Problem‑solver who tackles obstacles to complete tasks with excellence.
• Three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (merchandising experience is a plus).

Pay

Starting pay: $18.25/hour.

Schedule

Works Saturday and Sunday plus three weekdays; weekend and holiday work required. Typical shift is an 8‑hour day shift.
