Beer and Wine Sales Support Specialist

Superior Beverage Group is a family-owned and operated company established in 1922. Our Sales Support Specialists ensure freshness and availability of beverages by building displays and rotating stock across Northeastern and Central Ohio in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising plans.
• Execute daily sales support initiatives, including building displays, placing POS, rotating products, and ensuring proper pricing.
• Utilize current, thematic POS when building and maintaining displays.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers to promote a positive Company image.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote proper shelf space management according to Company standards.
• Ensure products are properly priced, rotated, and merchandised.
• Complete all daily assignments efficiently.
• Check account pricing and communicate discrepancies to the account manager, regional director, and/or pricing coordinator.

Requirements

• Previous sales and/or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of customer service standards.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment (e.g., dolly).
• Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases on a regular basis.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
