Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Book guests: reach out to those that have submitted their name/phone number and book their first appointment
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Give studio tours to new guests
Requirements
No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training and hands-on training to gain marketable skills. Our team has 30 years of combined sales experience and is happy to mentor the right employee.

Pay
Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out monthly. During sales training, you can earn commission when shadowing other sales associates. Competitive pay upon successful training completion plus commission.
Schedule
Flexibility to choose shifts; schedule is built monthly (on the 20th) and assigns 15‑20 hours per week around your obligations (school, childcare, full‑time job). Opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to 30 hours if desired. Approximate shift times:
- Monday‑Friday: 6:30 am‑12:30 pm
- Monday‑Friday: 4:30 pm‑9:30 pm
- Saturday‑Sunday: 8:30 am‑1:30 pm
- Saturday‑Sunday: 1:30 pm‑7:30 pm
