Pay

Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on membership sales, paid out monthly. Competitive pay after successful training completion plus commission.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with shifts built monthly (20th of the month). Assigned 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to 30 hours.

• Monday‑Friday: 6:30 am – 12:30 pm
• Monday‑Friday: 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Saturday‑Sunday: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
• Saturday‑Sunday: 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships confidently in a commission‑based environment.
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Book guests by reaching out to leads and scheduling their first appointment.
• Recommend the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership.
• Serve members, ensuring they feel relaxed and welcome.
• Give studio tours to new guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness.
• Confident, outgoing, results‑oriented personality.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive hands‑on training provided.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage other obligations (e.g., school, childcare, other jobs).
• Strong communication and people‑connection skills.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and earn commissions.
