Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs
- Advise customers on fragrances and product selections
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits
- Support sales targets and daily store operations
- Assist with product launches and promotions
- Maintain merchandising and counter cleanliness according to brand standards
- Support stock replenishment and report shortages
- Maintain professional grooming standards
Requirements
- Interest or experience in fragrances or beauty retail
- Passion for perfumes and beauty products
- Flexible to work retail shifts and rotate between store locations if needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to support targets and KPIs
- Professional appearance and attitude
