Key Responsibilities

• Supports a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• Ensures product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Executes and maintains: Visual execution within the beauty business, Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life, Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable), Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Promotes product availability and readiness with Operations Leaders.
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution.

May vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business.

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values.
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
• Coaching & development of associates.
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies.
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.

Additional duties

• Floorset mapping and execution.
• Product launch support.
• Brand education.
• Shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
