• Teach customers proper wig maintenance, storage, and handling to ensure longevity.
• Restock wigs, track sales, and organize display units to maintain an efficient inventory system.
• Maintain cleanliness of try-on areas and sanitize wigs to comply with hygiene protocols.
• Process payments, manage returns/exchanges, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
