About the Role
The Beauty Lead will provide a personalized shopping experience to customers by leveraging product knowledge and the Connect, Inspire, Engage service model. The role prioritizes driving sales and customer service while maintaining consistency in general operations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers in a friendly manner to determine needs, share product knowledge, and assist in making buying decisions, including providing mini services with product application and suggesting techniques.
- Drive personal and team performance to meet and exceed productivity standards, metrics, and sales goals.
- Promote customer loyalty through excellent service and by encouraging participation in FindMore, Gift Card, Rewards, and Credit Programs, as well as cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally by listening and providing solutions or next steps.
- Manage point-of-sale processes, including sales, returns, exchanges, line management, re-ticketing, and return processing.
- Facilitate beauty department promotions and events, assisting leaders to meet standards and goals.
- Replenish products from shipments, stockrooms, and understock while maintaining core standards.
- Create and manage product testers, ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic shopping environment.
- Prepare for inventory processes, including cycle counts, stock ledger updates, RFID scans, and annual inventory.
- Assist the operations team with pricing, signing, and merchandising to standards.
- Onboard and train or cross-train store associates on beauty procedures and processes.
- Participate in ongoing skills development through company or vendor-provided training.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize customers, take accountability, think critically, produce results, drive improvement, and work collaboratively.

Pay
Pay range: USD $13.50/Hr – USD $16.88/Hr.
