Beauty Lead - Fair Oaks Mall

General Description

The Beauty Lead will provide a personalized shopping experience to customers by selling beauty products, leveraging product knowledge and the Connect, Inspire, Engage service model. The priority is driving sales and customer service while maintaining consistent general operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in a friendly manner, determine needs, and help them make buying decisions by sharing product knowledge, providing mini services, suggesting application techniques, and recommending additional products.
• Drive self‑performance and prioritize meeting and exceeding productivity standards, metrics, and sales goals.
• Promote loyalty through excellent customer service and promotion of FindMore, Gift Card, Rewards, Credit Programs, store promotions, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns by listening professionally and offering options, solutions, and next steps.
• Handle point‑of‑sale checkout processes, including sales, returns, exchanges, line management, re‑ticketing, and processing returns.
• Facilitate beauty department promotions and events, assisting leaders to ensure standards and goals are met.
• Consistently meet established performance standards for product sales and customer service.
• Replenish products from shipments, stockrooms, and understock while maintaining core standards.
• Create and manage product testers.
• Conduct sales‑floor recovery to ensure an organized, clean, and hygienic shopping environment.
• Prepare for inventory processes such as cycle counts, stock ledger updates, RFID scans, and annual inventory.
• Assist the operations team with pricing, signing, and merchandising to standards.
• Help onboard and train/cross‑train store associates on beauty procedures and processes.
• Participate in ongoing skills development through company and vendor‑provided training.

Pay Range

USD $14.50/Hr – USD $18.13/Hr.
