Requirements for a Beauty Instructor and Education Supervisor

- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with a solid work history and verifiable references - Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license - Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills - Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment - Genuine passion for the beauty industry - Honesty and professionalism in all interactions - Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
