About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Beauty Experts and Skincare Specialists to join our stores in Den Bosch and Amsterdam Gelderlandplein in the Netherlands. Are you passionate about your field, have an eye for detail, and the right energy for our customers? Then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Advising customers personally, professionally, and inspiringly on the shop floor.
- Performing professional beauty treatments in the salon and ensuring a luxurious and pampered experience.
- Translating customer wishes into appropriate product advice and treatments.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and commercial opportunities within the store.
- Creating a total experience where attention, expertise, and results come together.
Requirements
- A minimum of a MBO 4 Allround Skincare Specialist diploma, or a recognized private training certificate (e.g., branch-recognized, ANBOS-recognized, CIDESCO, etc.).
- A passion for beauty, skincare, and high-level service.
- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience.
- An ability to combine advising in the store with working in the salon.
- A radiating professionalism, calmness, and enthusiasm.
- A desire to continuously develop and deepen your knowledge within Douglas.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma as a Skincare Specialist at MBO 4 level, or equivalent recognized private training certificate.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and providing top-notch service.
- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience.
- An ability to combine advising in the store with working in the salon.
- A professional demeanor, calmness, and enthusiasm.
- A desire to continuously develop and deepen your knowledge within Douglas.
