Beauty Expert

Responsibilities

• Advises customers on our skincare products and their benefits
• Affords customers with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their beauty goals
• Assists customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
• Mets daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Handles cash and performs daily administrative tasks
• Tracks progress towards personal and team goals
• Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Provides exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $16, depending on location and experience.
