Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively approaches clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience
• Sets out to seek and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay updated on beauty trends
• Engages in activities in assigned areas to uphold core standards and ensure merchandise is well-presented and accessible for the client
• Models strong beauty business values and culture
