As a sales associate, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact through in‑store events, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, and contribute to a progressive career path within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in retail sales experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary by geographic location. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
