Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.
• Work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make‑up artistry or previous retail make‑up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00. The exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary by geographic location. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
