About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by focusing on one primary objective: recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
