As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you’ll create memorable shopping experiences by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, nails, and more. Sally Beauty provides extensive training—you bring the passion and personality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend complementary products and inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty’s Culture Values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Apply product knowledge from training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Tolerate exposure to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.

Pay

Starting at $13 per hour, depending on experience.
