About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. This includes recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.

• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a desire to help customers through their beauty experiences. Training will be provided by Sally Beauty.

Skills

• Knowledge of hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
• Ability to recommend and sell complementary products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
