About the role
By working at Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world and help empower customers to express themselves through hair. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and receiving extensive training and product education.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lb, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
- Physical demands include long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
- Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
Pay
Starting at $13 per hour, depending on experience.
