About the role

As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting them with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, nails, and more. Sally Beauty provides extensive product knowledge and training—you bring your passion and personality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty’s Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
