About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by focusing on one primary objective: recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. This role also involves completing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a professional store environment, and demonstrating Sally Beauty's Culture Values.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
