Embark on a serene journey as a Full-Time Beauty Host with L’Occitane at Natick Mall. Your expertise will enhance the physical beauty of customers and engage their senses in a tranquil experience. You will create a sensory oasis within the beauty space, choreographing an experience that lingers in the memory of everyone entering the iconic yellow doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• Prioritize guest experience by anticipating needs and striving to exceed expectations.
• Keep an open mind: welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures; take initiative to solve problems and put customers’ needs first.
• Foster a team culture by offering direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues, cultivating a positive and inclusive environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.96 to $19.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
