About the role

Achieve retail sales goals by delivering exceptional beauty and fragrance service, fostering client relationships to drive repeat sales and brand loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring open availability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales and annual productivity goals.
• Provide full-range customer service, including product information, sales, and in-store event execution.
• Maintain courteous, professional, and cordial communication with customers.
• Ensure the retail counter and products are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Track and meet retail sales plan objectives as determined by the employer.
• Address customer inquiries about Maison and its product lines.
• Consult with customers on cosmetic shades, skincare, makeup application, and fragrance selection.
• Resolve customer issues via phone or written correspondence, including research and response preparation.
• Maintain and expand the client registration program, nurturing relationships and generating new business through regular communication.
• Adhere to all retailer policies and practices.
• Handle special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyal relationships.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRT systems and aptitude for learning computer-based inventory/order status tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows) and Excel.

Pay

$30–34/hour.
