Embark on a serene journey as a Beauty Advisor with L’Occitane at Bellevue Square, where your expertise will enhance the physical beauty of our customers and engage their senses in a tranquil experience. You will choreograph an experience that lingers in the memory of everyone entering our iconic yellow doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• Anticipate the needs of your guests and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
• Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures; take initiative by solving problems and prioritizing customers’ needs.
• Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues, cultivating a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Collaborate effectively, adapting communication styles to individual personalities within the team.
• Contribute to the company’s waste reduction targets by supporting in-store initiatives such as our recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, eliminating single-use plastics, and promoting refill products.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $21.88 - $25.16, based on skills and experience.
