Embark on a serene journey as a Part-Time Beauty Host with L’Occitane at Stanford Palo Alto. Your expertise will enhance the physical beauty of our customers and engage their senses in a tranquil experience. You will choreograph an experience that lingers in the memory of everyone entering our iconic yellow doors, creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• Anticipate the needs of your guests and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking initiative to solve problems and prioritize customers’ needs.
• Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues, cultivating a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Collaborate effectively, adapting communication styles to individual personalities within the team.
• Contribute to the company’s waste reduction targets by supporting in-store initiatives, such as the recycling program, inventory management guidelines, and promoting refill products.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
• Interest in skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and basic technology skills.

Pay

$20.43 - $23.50 an hour (based on skills and experience).
