Beautician Contract

Full Job Description

Beaver Dam Health Care Center is looking for a Beautician to provide services to meet the hair care needs of our residents in our salon located at the facility. This position is an independent contractor so you must have a license and insurance. Salon services include wash and set, cut and style, color and perms. Flexible hours and 2-3 days per week. This position is in a long-term care facility so most of your clients will be older adults and some may have mild to moderate cognitive impairment.
