About the role

As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you'll be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most popular ski resorts in North America. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles including lift operators, ski instructors, and front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate ski lifts safely and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Teach skiing and snowboarding lessons to all skill levels.
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with reservations.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
