Beach Club Service Support

Key Responsibilities

• Affirms that all materials used by servers and bartenders are clean and ready for daily operations.
• Knows the location of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
• Assists in setting the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other necessary items for food delivery.
• Assists in setting plates in the window and matches each plate with its corresponding ticket to serve food to tables.
• Fills and refills water glasses and removes unused place settings.
• Clears dishes located in front of guests after each course and clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at tables, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.
• Supports the server and bartender as needed.
• Keeps workstations well-stocked with items and ingredients.
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.

Minimum Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
