About the role
The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an experienced BE/BC Ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal diseases (surgically trained in retina and vitreous) to join their expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana.
Responsibilities
- On staff for inpatient/ER consults and procedures
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- 1:4 call (1 week per month), light call but includes occasional trauma
- Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care
- Use of advanced diagnostic tools including ultra-widefield camera, Zeiss Cirrus 5000 OCT, and high-quality ophthalmic ultrasound, retinal laser
- Surgical Technologist trained in retinal surgery on-site
- Collaboration with acute care hospital and referring specialties
- Access to state-of-the-art facilities and diagnostics
Requirements
- BE/BC in Ophthalmology
- Eligible for Montana medical license

Qualifications
- Experience in corneal disease and refractive surgery
- Knowledgeable in surgical techniques for retinal and vitreous diseases
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay
Compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with 1:4 call (1 week per month).
