Responsibilities

• Work with a group of girls and mentor them as they make new friends and develop connections that will last a lifetime.

Requirements

• Commitment to volunteering is completely flexible. As a volunteer, you can decide how much time you have to give.
• Our troop meetings vary in schedule from weekly to monthly for one to two hours.

Qualifications

• Believe in girls and what they can do, empowering them to take action and advocate for themselves and their communities, to create the future they want to see.

Skills

• Able to inspire and motivate girls to reach their full potential.
• Ability to build strong relationships with girls and their families.
