Physician Leader for Primary Care and Behavioral Health
Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine
Schedule: 5 days/week including (.5 FTE) administrative time

Qualifications

• Candidates must be mid-career (5+ years of experience)
• Candidate must be BC with Fellowship required
• Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

About the Role

This individual will be an exemplar through both a personal commitment to the highest quality clinical care in their own daily practice as well as partnering with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to implement and improve operations based on patient and workforce demands, with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering growth.

Responsibilities

Work closely with system stakeholders and administrative partners in responsibilities that include all aspects of operations and strategic planning, workforce development and continuous improvement of team members, and timely and transparent evaluation and management of quality and professionalism issues.
