About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA PMMO/GPD Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in the Plan-to-Perform process to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA FP&A solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our Aerospace & Defense client. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of finance processes for a global organization that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and telecommunications equipment worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and implement hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Project System with specialization in GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) / PMMO solution for a U.S.-based Aerospace and Defense company.
• Develop grouping strategies as part of GPD solution for complex manufacturing processes regulated by FAR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Plan-to-Perform processes with SAP PMMO for project-based manufacturing environments.
• Optimize financial planning and performance management for complex manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with Aerospace & Defense requirements.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources, including live and import connections with S/4HANA, Deltek Costpoint, etc.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO solution experience in Material Costing in SAP using SAP PMMO or GPD for the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• 5-10 years of experience in the following must-have skills:
  • S/4HANA PMMO
  • S/4HANA Finance
  • S/4HANA Manufacturing
