The market for fine-tuning and RLOps is moving fast, and we're hiring the people who will define how it grows.
The Role
We're hiring our BDR Manager — the first formal leader for a newly-onboarded BDR team supporting our growing AE function. This is a build-from-the-ground-up leadership role: you'll set the culture, the process, the playbook, and the performance bar from day one. You'll report directly to our CRO and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive pipeline against our enterprise target accounts. This is a high-leverage seat in an early-stage company. You'll have real ambiguity, real autonomy, and real visibility into the business — and you'll be developing the next layer of AE talent for the company through the BDRs you coach.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 BDRs (hiring more) supporting 4AEs
- Build outbound playbooks, KPI frameworks, ramp programs, and call review structures from scratch
- Own pipeline generation against Adaptive ML's target accounts in the AI/ML and enterprise data space
- Hire, onboard, and develop BDR talent as we scale the team
- Coach BDRs on calling into technical buyers — Heads of ML, Heads of Data, VP Engineering, and similar
- Develop your BDRs into AE seats — career progression is core to the role
- Partner with marketing on ABM motion, with RevOps on data and tooling, and with the CRO on weekly forecasting
