About the role
Our Best Ford of Nashua Store is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales support team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-up. This position plays a critical role in generating showroom traffic and supporting the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately
- Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on sales leads
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system
- Utilize phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging tools
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up communication
- Support the sales team with appointment coordination
- Maintain positive working relationships with teammates and management
Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems
- Previous Customer Service or Call Center Experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
