Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries for the Quick Lane service department
- Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
- Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote maintenance services
- Provide accurate information about Quick Lane services, pricing, and availability
- Cook up with advisors and the Quick Lane team to ensure appointment readiness
- Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience with every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer software
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
