About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is based in various locations including New York, Brooklyn, Austin, Pittsburgh, Summit, Washington, Durham, Nashville, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Denver, Detroit, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Miami, Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups to establish relationships and align on complex challenges.
• Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions for prospective clients.
• Design and deploy UI/UX and Kinaxis configurations to support planning processes.
• Conduct data discovery, mapping, and transformation for APS use cases.
• Create integrated solution architectures for APS, ensuring integration with enterprise systems.
• Manage organizational change for new planning solutions, driving stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
• Implement APS programs with clear implementation roadmaps and scoping efforts.
• Ensure APS align with evolving technology landscapes, such as S/4HANA migrations.
• Provide expert guidance on tooling options and offer insights into their advantages and trade-offs.
• Translate technical findings into measurable business impacts and opportunities.
• Present materials, case updates, and escalations to client and internal teams.
• Facilitate technical and strategic working sessions and workshops.
• Manage projects and expectations, maintaining control over situations when they escalate.
• Oversee quality assurance of junior team members' work.
• Promote a positive experience for junior staff.
• Assist with business development through proposal writing and project scoping.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience leading APS implementations with Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, etc.
• Experience in business process design and configuration.
• Experience managing cross-functional, global deployments for planning transformations.
• Supply Chain domain knowledge.
• Previous experience in two or more end-to-end planning platform implementations in a waterfall or agile setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Confidence and persuasiveness.
• Experience planning and managing large, complex projects.
• Gen AI tool fluency (e.g., proven usage of GenAI such as ChatGPT, Claude).
• Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams.
