Responsibilities

  • Create individualized treatment plans that help clients thrive
  • Lead and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians through effective supervision
  • Use data-driven insights to guide clinical decisions
  • Partner with families and team members to celebrate meaningful progress
  • Provide high-quality ABA services aligned with BACB ethical standards

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • State behavior analyst licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with children with autism preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Competitive salary
Up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus (paid monthly)

Small, meaningful caseloads (typically 4–6 clients)
Center-based setting with strong clinical collaboration
